Punctuality and Professionalism as standardTerms and Conditions
1. Confirmed bookings cancelled between 5 days and 24 hours before the booking will be subject to a 50% charge of the total booking value. And if you cancel in the last 24 hours, you’ll have to pay the entire booking amount.
2. Holme Executive Travel reserves the right to charge any additional costs, including parking fees, toll charges, mileage, and time, over and above the original quotation.
3. The client is responsible for specifying the collection time and address to ensure adequate time is allowed before the airport check-in.
Holme Executive Travel doesn’t take any responsibility for late transfers.
4. Passengers must adhere to the agreed collection time. After his time, waiting time will be charged £50.00 per hour in 15-minute increments. It is at the driver’s discretion how long to wait before leaving. Lateness of the passengers will still render the booking fully chargeable at the original quoted rate plus any waiting time.
5. Collections from Airports, Railway Stations and Sea Ports are for the published arrival time. One hour will be allowed for disembarking and luggage retrieval free of charge.
After this, waiting time will be charged at £50.00 per hour in 15-minute increments, plus any additional parking fees incurred.
6. Holme Executive Travel accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged property, however caused.
7. Holme Executive Travel is not responsible for late arrivals or trip delays caused by things outside its control, such as heavy traffic, accidents, roadworks, bad weather, flat tyres or breakdowns.
8. Smoking, eating and drinking hot drinks in the vehicle is not permitted under any circumstances.
9. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will result in a full charge to the client for the repair.
